Georeferenced PDF Creation for Mapping

I'm looking to have a georeferenced PDF created for use in aviation. This PDF already exists, just needs to have the coordinates georefrenced to the PDF.

Ideal Skills:
- GIS (Geographic Information Systems) expertise
- Proficiency in PDF creation and georeferencing
- Mapping software experience

Experience:
- Previous work in creating georeferenced PDFs
- Proven track record in mapping projects
- Familiarity with landmarks, routes and boundary lines

Should be a super easy and quick job for someone well experienced.
