GIS processing for water quality project

Require zonal statistics to be calculated for 17 watersheds (monitoring site capture zones) for a small (22,000 Ha) catchment in Southern, New Zealand. I have multiple rasters (c. 25) that cover the catchment and I require zonal statistics calculated from each raster for the 17 watersheds. Ideally, the output would be a simple shape file with associated attribute table that provides the zonal statistics for the 17 watersheds as a series of columns.
