GIS expert to help create a SHP or KML file

Our client has a number of gated communities across the country.
At present, when an address is entered on Google Map or Apple Map, including the dwelling / unit number, Google maps or Apple Map only displays the street address, not the dwelling itself, which confuses the visitors.
We want to improve the information displayed on Google Map and Apple Map by creating SHP or KML files for each gated community and uploading them on these portals.
It is a staged project, as we will be working with one community at a time.
We are looking for someone to assist with a trial project to evaluate its effectiveness and relevance.
