GIS data manipulation extraction in format of txt

Hi,
I have shp files for vegetation types of an area (a state). I need someone to
1) calculate the centroids of vegetation-type polygons
2)calculate the Voronoi Polygons
3) calculate the Delaunay triangulation
4) send me the new shp files of 1, 2 and 3
5) extract the coordinates of the calculated points in the polygons (each corner of each polygon) in form of TXT (.txt) files. (An example of 2 polygons and require data format for that is attached) .
