GIS Master student, need help to automate some algorithms to enhance water utilities data.
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm a GIS specialist and doing my thesis project in the Water utility industry.
I`m using ArcGIS Pro, I managed to transfer the existing data to the water utility schema. O want to build code for:
1- automate generate water fitting based on lines intersections, and cups at the end of pipes. snapping the valves to intersect and split water lines.
2- Automate the alignment of water distribution lines with the closest Street sidewalk inefficiently way, reflecting the reality that water distribution lines are underside walks in most cases.
3- provide consultancy in best practices of ensuring connectivity of utility network.
4- Extract the last update of the building footprint from the Microsoft Bing map for Mosul city, which will use as a service point that connected to distribution lines automatically.
all must provide code, and algorithm with results. and academic references if any.
