GIS Mapping detail finishing

I currently have a GIS created map that needs a few changes. I need all blank areas without a colour (red, yellow, blue or green) within the yellow site boundary to be changed to the same red already pictured. I also need all topsoil classification colours outside of the yellow site boundary cropped out so only within the boundary is there classifications.
