I am currently working on a school assignment that requires a deep dive into Geographic Information Systems (GIS), specifically focusing on map creation and overlay analysis. For this project, my goal is to utilize GIS to create a detailed map and perform overlay analysis that could be beneficial for understanding complex geographical data relationships.

Requirements:
