GIS-Based Map Editor Needed

Project Description:
I’m looking for a skilled and experienced graphic designer with strong spatial/layout skills to assist with a GIS-based mapping project. You will be provided with:
• A PDF map
• Access to a GIS website that includes property address data
Your task is to extract property addresses from the GIS system and accurately place them onto the PDF map using your preferred professional PDF editing software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, or Bluebeam).

• Proficiency with high-level PDF editing and design tools
• Ability to interpret map data and accurately translate it into labeled graphics
• Strong attention to visual alignment, clarity, and detail
• Experience working with GIS data or maps (not a GIS analyst role, but familiarity is essential)
• Ability to work independently and remotely
