GIS Analyst + Data Wrangler

Need a GIS specialist/data wrangler to put together a composite national map for eastern Spain that includes civil, cadastral, hydrology, forest cover, protected areas, public transport routes, and some custom queries for proximity (ie highlight areas that are next to rivers, lakes, and protected areas with road and power access.)
We're looking for investment property that possesses a critical list of attributes so the custom queries will answer the big questions on the areas we should be focusing on for purchase.
You should be as good at finding the data layers as your are in handing the GIS analysis.
