I am looking for a freelancer who can help me map an entire city for a Fiber to the Home (FTTH) design project. The ideal candidate should have experience in GIS software and be able to work with KML/KMZ data formats.

Scope:
- Mapping an entire city

Design Software Requirements:
- GIS software / Vetro Fiber Mapper

Data Formats/Standards:
- KML/KMZ

Skills/Experience:
- Experience in GIS software
- Familiarity with KML/KMZ data formats
- Knowledge of FTTH design is a plus

Deliverables:
- Accurate and detailed fiber mapping of the entire city in KML/KMZ format.
