Extract coordinates from a FGDB/GEOJSON/GML/POSTGIS/SOSI file

Hi,

I have a file which I can provide you in either FGDB/GEOSJON/GML/POSTGIS/SOSI format which shows the boarders/polygons of every urban district in Norway.

1. I want the coordinates which is in the middle of every urban district
2. I then want the relevant zip code for the coordinates

The output should be a csv/xls file with four columns:

1. Urban district ID
2. Longitude
3. Latitude
4. Zip code
