Drone Commercial and Residential Roof Inspection and Condition Reporting Image Processing

I require:

1. GIS Specialist capable in:
I. Pix4D – Professional drone mapping and photogrammetry software
II. Bentley Systems – Context Capture – Reality Modelling Software

2. Data Set Requirements
I. Following the RPAS Survey Operation the Pilot in Command (PIC) will import the captured high-resolution, geo-referenced still images into a client and vendor interactive portal and processed by you using your software of choice.
II. After your processing you will forward me via the aforementioned portal - two types of Data Sets in a secured client and vendor interactive portal:
a. A zip folder with all the individual images
b. A 2D or 3D mosaic of those images
c. Recommend or implement a Client interactive Cloud Storage of processed data sets
iii. The mosaic will include the following basic roof measurements:
a. Roof Sheet Lengths
b. Gutters
c. Valleys
d. Flashings
iv. The images produced will be of high resolution e.g. able to detect a crack in a tile etc.
v. Scalable images with very accurate measurements
vi. This will lead to on-going work. I require your input concerning workflows, best software, client and vendor interactive portal etc….
