Customized Customer Power BI heatmap with EXCEL DB

Like all should be ye yellow sub class further fwa normal means 2 color further sub class type 4 colors
When number of count increased there should be red area under complaint red hotspot for class and sub class and further sub class basis
Grouping should be on the basis or coordinates for hotspotv or heatmap
I can view data daily weekly and monthly
I can also import Google earth kmz to add overlay
I need region polygon boundary
This should be customised on the basis coordinates as per string of coordinates I provided in data file
