Create two simple shapefiles

I need to produce two shapefiles.
One should contain polygons representing mires (wetlands) in an small area located in the Northern Europe. The shapefile should be generated from the Google satellite imagery where these areas are well visible as yellowish areas and are clearly distinguishable from the rest of the landscape. I will send coordinate info to the interested freelancers.
The second file should contain a single polygon representing borders of a nature protection area. I have only a raster image with these borders.
Both shapefiles should be in WGS84 projection.
The shapefiles should be delivered by the September the 5th at the latest.
