We are a lead generation company serving real estate professionals, offering exclusive territories that are predefined by zip codes and radii measured from the center of each zip code. While some areas may overlap, our program includes filters to prevent conflicts. All available territory data, including zip codes and radii, is maintained in a google spreadsheet.
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to create an interactive map for our website that automatically synchronizes with our spreadsheet updates. The ideal map should allow users to pan, zoom in and out, with available areas highlighted in green and unavailable areas in red. Additionally, it would be beneficial if clicking on a specific area provided users with relevant information or redirected them to a page with detailed area descriptions.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Geographic Information System (GIS) Specialist: GIS specialists with expertise and experience in creating custom maps and working with geographic data to design a map that defines exclusive areas based on zip codes and radii.
- Mapping Software Proficiency: proficiency in mapping software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Maps API, or Mapbox to create and customize maps.
- Experience in creating custom maps
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Attention to detail in creating the map
