Collect vegetaion spatial data and deliver data in requested format.

Hi

I need a GIS guy to:
- gather the data on “Vegetation type” in the “eastern Victoria state” in Australia namely Gippsland
- draw Delaunay polygons
- draw veroni polygons
- place the centroids
- extract the features in the attribute table in text format in a given template.
