Automated zoning map search by addresses from real estate listings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am a real estate professional in California. Each city has different zoning codes and some cities have an online zoning map. When you put an address in a zoning map, you will see the corresponding zoning code. I would like to automate this process.
1. A city online zoning map URL is provided. (an example is shown in the following URL for City of Pasadena: https://pasgis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Embed/index.html?webmap=2c3295b27e0649a181db3512bf0940d4&extent=-118.1904,34.1223,-118.0637,34.1933&zoom=true&previewImage=false&scale=false&search=true&searchextent=true&details=true&legend=true&active_panel=details&disable_scroll=true&theme=light)
2. A list of addresses will be obtained from real estate listing search by setting up filters. (For example, www.redfin.com)
3. I will provide a list of zoning codes that I am interested in.
4. Addresses with the right zoning codes will be automatically generated.
At this time, I am interested in the zoning map for City of Pasadena. Other city zoning maps will be provided later and I will pay additional fees for automation of them.
