Solve equation to get time between two points and a center.

I am working on a game. One of the issues I'm encountering is receiving the time between two points in an orbital motion around a center point in a 2D environment. I have the constant angular speed, radius, and (x, y) coordinates of the two points and center. Any help with this in Python would be appreciated.
