I need a professional geologist in west central texas

We need a professional geologist to help us determine the best course of action for a small 5-well lease in Coleman County, Texas. The lease was pumping about 20 barrels per day, then 2 of them were pumping nothing and have been shut in for 2 months, and the other three are pumping about 8 bbl/day between them. We have vast amounts of oil in the Marble Falls formation, but need a source of water. We have logs and a water flood study done for the lease next door in 2016, but need to know what we have and what to do to recover thousands of barrels of oil. We have no gas. We are told we sit on a reef, and that this reef is a good thing. We are novices to the business so we will rely on whoever we hire. We don't have any idea of the cost of this project, but will depend on experience and expertise in the area and results. There are no files we can upload that don't require an NDA to executed first.
