I need a geologist or geological engineer

I need a geologist or geological engineer to inspect a three-feet deep hole in a clay (Har-tru) tennis court and certify that the surface consists of crushed meta-basalt and gypsum and that the subsurface consists of progressively larger rocks, whether limestone, granite or otherwise, and that beneath those rocks is earth. This will demonstrate to a local zoning authority that rainwater is absorbed into the surface and subsurface and is distributed into the ground beneath. I have attached a photo of the court and a photo of the spot where I intend to dig.
