Soil Testing & Drainage Assessment for Homes
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm in need of a professional soil tester and evaluator for two adjacent pieces of raw land, each just over 1/2 acre, intended for single-family residential development. Want perc for 2 SFH if possible. The primary objectives of this project include:
- Conducting a soil percolation test to determine the suitability of the land for a septic systems for two homes. (fallback would be one SFH on the combined lots - but prefer 2)
- Assessing the drainage capabilities of the property and providing recommendations to ensure effective water management.
Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience in soil testing and septic system assessment, preferably within the context of residential development. A background in environmental science or a related field would be highly advantageous.
