Online resources such as Google Maps or local cadastral databases are fine for preliminary checks, but the final verdict must come from your own observations on site. A smartphone with GPS and a good data plan should cover most situations.

Deliverables for each address
• A geo-tagged photo (front of property and mailbox or signage)
• Time-stamped confirmation note summarising who/what you found
• Any discrepancies or access issues clearly explained
