Represent locations using graphana

Your bid is for 3 to 5 hours assuming you are a complete pro with Graphana.
You will use your own Graphana server and explain to me the steps needed to do the following.
Enable Geomap if needed.
I will provide an example database table as input. I will generate a few of these so we can get to the final panel.
The data is several client locations across the Internet and one destination.
The destination is a web site or domain that is being tested by remote web clients.
That one destination could have more than one server on the Internet serving the same site/domain.
Graphana should show which clients (yellow) could reach the destinations (blue) and which could not.
The table contains rows that include which clients could reach (green line) or not reach (red line) the destination.
The view should show a line from each client to its destination. The view must be visually appealing, easy to understand by anyone seeing it for the first time. The colors must be bright, easily seen to know which locations could reach and which could not.
The view should show only the regions which were tested from. Meaning, if all clients are in the USA, then the map should only show the widest view that includes the states that had clients. This means, do not show the entire globe if there are no clients anywhere but in the USA.
I could prefer using something which has nicer look than Graphana geomap such as XYZ tile layer or Open Street Map layer or one of the others shown here; https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/panels-visualizations/visualizations/geomap/
However, you'll have to advise me what I would need as I cannot have something that uses an external service/service, everything must be on my own servers for speed.
If you can do this, it will probably mean ongoing work if my superiors like what they see.
Again, your task is to walk me through the settings to achieve a usable view of the above data.
