QGIS LiDAR Stream Location Correction

Budget: $15 – $25 CAD

I have a small subset of LiDAR ground-point data in LAS/LAZ format and a few reference images that show where the stream centerline is currently mis-located. I need someone to run a focused hydraulic analysis in QGIS—specifically a stream network generation—so I can pinpoint the true location of the channel and replace the erroneous centerline.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Import the LAS/LAZ ground returns, set everything to my working UTM 17N CRS, and create the hydrologically conditioned DEM needed for analysis.
• Generate the corrected stream network, highlighting the target reach.
• Deliver a clean vector layer (SHP or GeoPackage) with the updated centerline plus a brief, step-by-step outline of the workflow so I can reproduce or tweak it later.
* Deliver a DWG file with the highlighted stream (approximated with “Red-line markup in the attached picture), that is geo located.

The dataset is a small subset from a large dataset, so I expect a quick turnaround; accuracy and clarity are more important than flashy visuals. If you’re comfortable with QGIS and LiDAR-based hydrologic tools, I’d love to work with you.
