PDF Address Extraction with GPS

I have three India-specific PDF documents—about 130 pages in total, averaging ten lines per page—that need to be transcribed by hand into a clean Excel file. For every line you will:
• Copy only the address and its associated date, placing them in separate columns exactly as they appear.
• Look up the nearest GPS coordinates using an online map of your choice and add latitude and longitude in two additional columns.
• Ignore every other piece of information on the page.
All told, you’ll enter roughly 1,300 rows. Accuracy matters more than speed, but I do need an organised team that can start right away and keep communication open until delivery. The final deliverable is one Excel workbook containing four clearly labelled columns (Address, Date, Latitude, Longitude) and nothing extraneous.
