Mapbox Data Update Automation

I would like to automate the process to update Mapbox datasets from a separate database. Right now I was able to add this geojson data using Mapbox studio manually. But this is just for one location and there will be 52 total locations I will need this done for and that is why I would like it to be automated. These locations on the map move every few months (I placed icons where the locations are) and I would like to find a way to automate this process rather than to manually do this. The database randomly gets updated and is its own entity, not part of Mapbox, and the data I would like to update to Mapbox is the GeoJson locations on the Mapbox map.
At the very least I would like if someone could help me figure this out, and if the price is right this could be an ongoing contract.
