Iraq Green Tree-Planting App

I want to turn my “Iraq Green” idea into a working mobile app that powers the tree-planting campaigns now running across the country. Here is the user journey I have in mind:

• A donor opens the app, chooses a planting spot on a live map and picks the tree species.
• Payment is completed inside the app through Asiacell balance, other Iraqi telecom wallets, or a connected local bank account such as Rafidain.
• A registered volunteer receives the task, goes on-site, plants the tree, and shoots a short video on their phone. With one tap the clip is uploaded and can immediately post to their social channels; the donor can decide whether or not to have their name mentioned in that footage.
• The map marker switches to “planted” and anyone can track progress over time.

The core features I need built are:
– Real-time location tracking for every tree.
– In-app video recording and seamless sharing.
– Volunteer sign-up and task assignment options.

Everything should be intuitive in Arabic first, with room to add English later. I am open to the tech stack you prefer, as long as payments with Asiacell and major Iraqi banks can be integrated securely and the solution scales to thousands of users.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Complete mobile app (Android first; iOS optional if feasible within scope).
2. Simple web-based admin panel for approving volunteers, verifying videos, and exporting planting statistics.
3. Full source code and brief hand-over documentation so I can maintain or extend the platform locally.
