Custom Map-Based Page Development

I am looking for a strong engineer to build a map-based page for a car rental service platform.

The goal is to build a clean, location-based experience where users can easily find nearby car rental services and view detailed information for each rental provider.

Main flow:
- User opens the map page
- System detects or uses the current location
- Nearby car rental services are shown on the map
- User can click a rental location
- User can view detailed information about that rental provider
- User can review available rental services and related details

Scope of work:
- Build a map-based page for nearby car rental discovery
- Show rental providers based on the user’s current location
- Add useful map interactions to improve browsing and selection
- Allow users to open a detailed view for each rental provider
- Display rental service details, business information, and related data clearly
- Create a polished and modern UI for this page
- Make sure the implementation is responsive, scalable, and production-ready

Requirements:
- Strong experience building map-based product features
- Ability to recommend and implement the right map solution such as Google Maps, Mapbox, Leaflet, or similar
- Clean and maintainable code quality
- Ability to fit the new feature into the current codebase without making it messy
- Good communication and clear updates during development

Preferred:
- Experience with location-based search or service discovery platforms
- Experience building marketplace-style or directory-style pages
- America or Europe based developer preferred

Skills:
MapboxGL or similar map integration, JavaScript, React, Next.js, geolocation, product-focused frontend development
