I need a Geographical information system (GIS) expert

We are looking for a GIS expert to conduct a face to face training for our clients.
We are an Air quality monitoring company based in Turkey, and looking for a GIS expert to conduct a 1-2 days training session for one of our clients, train them and show them how the GIS system works, advice on how to use the software and what the benefits are for using such software in tracking and data analyzing the air pollution data they get from the air quality monitoring machines they have installed.
Requirements:
Knowledge of the Oil sector will be an asset.
Working in data analysis for Air quality is also an asset.
As this is going to be face-to-face training and not online, the person chosen must be able to travel and have the right to enter Turkey, we will pay for the flight and accommodation for the 2 days.
