I need a GIS expert

I would like to have GLHYMPS porosity and permeability data remapped into a regular latitude / longitude grid at 1/10 degrees resolution, with grid centers starting from -179.95 to 179.95 and from 89.95 to -89.95, and exported to netcdf format. I also would like to have the Python code doing that.
