Using QGIS to develop a real-time GIS database on rodent activity

We are looking for a GIS expert to develop a real-time GIS database on rodent activity.

Job Description:
1. Create a QGIS database that automatically collects real-time data from our sensor
2. Enable visualization of basic analytics on QGIS, including a) real-time data b) historical data c) summarized data by region d) rodent hotspots e) refill alert
3. Make the QGIS database integrable with a dashboard and a simple mobile application
4. Enable workforce planning and management using our QGIS database a) list of devices with person-in-charge b) work log of person-in-charge c) warning system when a certain rodent-activity threshold is met

Requirements:
• Expert in GIS and/or other GIS-related disciplines
• Proficient in using QGIS
• Competent in managing remote sensing, IoT-related data, and GIS real-time data processing
• Provide a personal example of a GIS-related project/research
