Urgent Required ArcGis Dashboard Developer

I am looking for an experienced ArcGIS Dashboard developer who can help to develop a dashboard tailored to my needs. The primary feature I need is data visualization which should be done in 1-2 weeks. I already have the existing data available and just need the help of a developer to create the dashboard. The dashboard should also facilitate geospatial analysis and real-time monitoring.
