Senior ArcGIS Web Application Developer (Experience Builder Expert)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior GIS Developer to join our technical team. The primary mission is to lead the development of a Centralized Enterprise GIS Platform designed to manage critical infrastructure data and environmental risk assessments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex, large-scale datasets into modern, interactive web interfaces exclusively using the latest Esri technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Advanced Frontend Development:
Architect and customize a Unified Portal containing specialized applications for Data Viewing and Data Editing, utilizing ArcGIS Experience Builder exclusively (Legacy Web AppBuilder experience alone is insufficient).
Design a seamless User Experience (UX) that supports intuitive navigation between maps, attribute tables, and advanced search tools.
2. Dashboard Architecture:
Develop interactive ArcGIS Dashboards linked to live databases to display real-time statistics on asset status and operational data.
Professionally embed these dashboards within the main platform interface for a unified user journey.
3. Advanced Data Management:
Manage the ArcGIS Enterprise environment to publish high-performance Map Services and Feature Services.
Implement rigorous Data Quality measures, including Topology Rules, and configure editing permissions (Versioning & Editor Tracking) to ensure data integrity from multiple stakeholders.
Must-Have Requirements:
Experience: Proven practical experience in building platforms based on ArcGIS Experience Builder. (Candidates will be asked to demonstrate a portfolio of previous work).
Technical Stack: Complete mastery of the ArcGIS Enterprise / Portal environment (not just ArcGIS Online).
Data Handling: Extensive experience in managing large-scale Enterprise Geodatabases and a deep understanding of optimizing Vector vs. Raster data performance for web environments.
Scripting & Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (ArcPy) for automating data processing tasks, and JavaScript (ArcGIS API) for widget customization when necessary.
