Residential Boundary GPS Mapping
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need precise GPS coordinates for every corner of my residential lot, as well as two points established for a stormwater easement running through the property. I have provided an existing survey/plat .png file from when the property was first platted. I have also provided a parcel .png to help you locate the property online. Once the coordinates are established, I need you to create a new layer on an existing topo map (provided in both .dwg and .ai) that shows those points plotted and labeled.
You are free to use GIS tools you are comfortable with—ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth Pro, or similar—as long as the final output is accurate and easy to understand. A brief overview of your process and any field‐to‐desk workflow you plan to follow will help me gauge fit, but the key deliverables are:
• A new layer created on the attached .dwg and .ai with a list of latitude/longitude (or UTM) coordinates for each boundary corner, and coordinates for the stormwater easement (two red dots located on the .dwg/.ai files)
The job is complete when I can take those coordinates, load them into standard mapping software (like Google Earth), and see my property laid out exactly as described.
