Nautical charts digitization

Job ID: 33140759

Budget: €250 – €1,000 EUR

Work description:
The work consists of digitizing the land areas, isobathymetric lines and bathymetry sounding points for six georeferenced nautical charts.

For each nautical chart the following features must be digitalized:
• Land – create a polygon for each land area in the nautical chart (sample is given)
• Isobathymetric lines – create a line feature for each isobathymetric line in the nautical chart, each line must have the corresponding depth value (sample is given)
• Bathymetry Sounding Point – create a point feature for each sounding point in the nautical chart, each point must have the corresponding depth value (sample is given)

The output files should be in esri shapefile format. The land areas must be a polygon shapefile, the isobathymetric lines must be a line shapefile and for the point features a point shapefile. Each shapefile must be in the same coordinate system of the corresponding nautical chart (this may differ on each nautical chart).

Each file must be clearly identified with the nautical chart source.

One chart completely digitized must be sent as soon as possible in order to speed up the revision process.

The time frame for completion of the work is one week after awarding the work.
