NEED CUSTOM LAND USE MAP

Hello, I work for a solar company. I'm currently in the process of obtaining permits with unincorporated LA county and was asked to provide a Land Use Map. This is my first time dealing with something of this sort and wanted to see if it's possible to have a custom land use map created.
