Indoor Navigation and positioning system
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD
We want to Develop an Indoor Navigation and Positioning Platform. Where the venue management can transform their floor plan to interactive maps for end users which can be access through mobile phone, fixed Kiosk, or Web.
Features:
• User should be able to download the app in their IOS/ Android devices.
• User should first get overall view of the floorplan of the premises.
• This indoor mapping platform will hep the users to find their required places, point of interest and pathways inside the premises, like in a shopping mall this platform will help the users to search the required shops, restaurant and shortest route to approach.
• One the user searches for a point the app must respond with path ways, description/ details of the point.
• The app should also have the voice recognition command option.
• In the Map all the location points must be marked so that user could find them easily.
Approach of the project:
As required in our above-mentioned platform, we need to follow below steps once we get floor plans (in the format CAD /PDF/image) from our clients (property management/owners)
Requirement from programmer:
• Transform the floorplan received form clients into digital format in order to user in our platform
• Georeferencing on the digitally converted maps
• Pathways and routing option for the end users
• Search options
• Transactional logs of the search activity by the users
Deliverables:
All the modules should be with the Source codes and with complete documentation.
Notes:
Someone already developed similar program for shopping mall would be preferred.
