Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
Requirement
Service Provider will be providing the following services, but not limiting to:
• To study the various patterns of the district, blocks and the GP level through GIS tools.
• Develop GIS based plan of all the Gram Panchayats of 24 districts of Jharkhand and to provide technical backstopping to technical functionaries for preparation of GIS based GP plans.
• Gram Panchayat boundary will be prepared using the Cadastral/ Khashara/Revenue map
• Base map for the plan is the Gram Panchayat Boundary
• Gram Panchayat plans will be prepared by overlay technique using the thematic maps of Bhuvan, NRSC (Erosion, Salt Affected Geomorphology, Lineament, Ground Water Prospects, Wasteland, Land use and Land Cover, Drainage & Water Bodies) all the assets created and Geotagged under Mahatma Gandhi NREGS (data & data source to be provided by UNDP) put it on the Cadastral Map (Base map is the Cadastral/ Revenue map)
• The Gram Panchayat plan will be prepared in a saturation mode with following the “Ridge to valley” approach. Work will be identifying using the permissible work list under Mahatma Gandhi NREGS
• All the plans will be submitted to the UNDP in GIS format like .shp and KML for further use
• Support the GP officials to upload the GIS based GP plans in Mahatma Gandhi NREGS MIS
The team leader to be a GIS expert with minimum 3 years experience in GIS and Remote Sensing with expertise for using geo‐informatic tools in Natural Resource Management (NRM) & water issues GIS and Remote Sensing.
• Methodology, its appropriateness, and timelines of the Implementation Plan.
• Team size, qualification, and expertise of other Key Personnel: at least 10 GIS professionals (with expertise for using geo‐informatic tools in NRM & water issues) and 2 NRM professionals (Having expertise on planning for addressing NRM and water security areas).
