GIS Mapping for Economic Analysis

I need a GIS expert for spatial data analysis to support economic opportunity analysis.
Requirements:
- Simple mapping of provided data for a state within the US with top 10 industries by region and Tribes listed on the map (industry names only), no numbers
- Tables of top 10 industries by using industry name (based on NAICS codes) economic opportunities by region and Tribes in the state, also provide on table associated jobs, wages, and net economic opportunity
- All data will be supplied, no additional research needed
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS)
