b) details of topographic map - mainly elevations
c) add to it boundaries of regulated area of Lake Simcoe Conservation Authority
d) add 30 meter or 100 ft grid, which will help me to mark all the details i may need on the land
I will need this "survey" to plan a construction of new warehouse on the property, and thus need to understand where exactly i can position the building not to overlap with conservation protected area
