Baton Rouge Homicides and Street Light Analysis

I'm looking to perform a spatial analysis of homicides and street lights in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I have two point layers and I want to know how to find Pearson's "r" and what other analysis tools I can use in ArcGIS Pro.
