Zoho People Payroll Kick-Start

This engagement covers the complete first-time configuration of Zoho People and Zoho Payroll for our organisation. Everything begins from a clean slate—there is no historical data to import—so the focus is on getting the core HR environment working smoothly rather than cleansing or migrating legacy records.

Deliverables
• Employee Onboarding – design the onboarding flow, set up forms, assign default tasks and approvals, and ensure automated document generation is active.
• Attendance Tracking – configure shift schedules, geofence or web check-in rules, and real-time dashboards so managers can monitor attendance instantly.
• Leave Management – establish all leave types, custom accrual rules, holiday calendars and multi-level approval paths that match our current policy.

Acceptance criteria
1. Each module above is live in our production Zoho People account and fully connected to Zoho Payroll.
2. All settings are documented in a brief hand-over guide so future adjustments are straightforward.
3. A short video or live walkthrough demonstrates where key configurations live and how end users will interact with the system.

The platform will remain standalone for now—no external integrations are required—so attention can stay on best-practice configuration inside Zoho’s own ecosystem. Familiarity with Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, and HR compliance standards is essential; please bring any time-saving tips you’ve learned from previous rollouts.
