Need a mycologist/biotechnologist to produce a proof of concept

We want to produce a physical proof of concept to show how Pestalopiosis microspore can be used to break down to plastics and we want the mycelium grown to be used to make products such as containers and shopping baskets. I will need to have the physical product.
