management consultant required

The business is in decline due to the lack of structured management and and a decline in business. The current MD now needs to spend a substantial amount of time out of the office chasing contracts to increase revenue. We are looking to recruit a commercial manager who can oversee all aspects of the business, apart from financials. Prior to appointing a commercial manager, we need strategic advice on how to structure the business in order to get us back into a more profitable position.
