experiance with social media posting including posting articles on both LinkedIn and Facebook

Looking for someone that knows how to follow instruction. You must know how to post products with product information on social media. Also, post articles on Linkedin and FB. I need this done 4 days a week. I have Twitter, FB, IG, Pinterest, and Linkedin. post 2 products on each platform and 1 article on both FB and Linkedin. If you have experience with posting a guest post on sites such as wordpress.org and medium and other high DA sites; message me.
