NYC DOB expeditor

Hi. I am looking for an NYC DOB expeditor who can help me through the filing and approval process - from submitting plans to getting approval - for my swim school project. I have already started the process for the architectural and structural portion of the project with the help of an expediter (turn out I am not satisfied with their service). I am now in need of assistance regarding the mechanical, electrical and plumbing portion of the project. I am looking for someone who can help expediting and provide me with advice about the best way to proceed. Being able to handle examiner's comments is also important.
