Sticker Removal from Sign

I need a freelancer to remove a sticker from a metal sign that is easily accessible at ground level. I don't have any specific tools or chemicals in mind, so I'm looking for someone who can make the best judgment on what to use for removal.
2 x signs measures 2m x 0.3m. Vinyl lettering stickers.
No experience necessary. Just need a bit of patience to peel the letters off. We have a hot air gun on site to help if needed.
