Small Home Repairs & Tap Install
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I need a reliable, experienced handyman—ideally a retired tradesman—who can take care of several small projects around my home. The first and most important job is to remove my old kitchen faucet and fit the new one I have already purchased. It’s a standard replacement on a double-bowl sink, so confidence with basic plumbing is essential.
Once the tap is sorted, I’d like you to move on to a few additional fixes:
• Re-align or repair two sliding closet doors that no longer close smoothly
• Swap out a handful of worn electrical switches and wall plugs (all parts supplied)
• Fit door-stoppers in three rooms to protect the walls
• Secure a dresser mirror to the bedroom wall
• Tackle a couple of other minor touch-ups we can walk through on site
You’ll need your own hand tools and a tidy work style—I appreciate clean finishes and minimal disruption. Timing is flexible but I’d like everything wrapped up in one visit if possible; otherwise, we can agree on a clear schedule.
If you have the experience and the patience these little jobs require, please let me know your availability and any questions you might have so we can get started.
