Need help in providing local assistance

As Lebanon is facing an economic crisis a group of people here outside Lebanon are willing to help. One of their projects is to provide assistance to local municipalities. So the project will consist of helping the Lebanese municipalities in different regions. They said they already helped a number of municipalities and now they want to start with a new batch.
In this wave, they are focusing on assisting the southern areas. So a local person is needed to contact the required municipality/municipaliities to get approval forr assistance. Once the municipality accepts, you will proceed to give the assistance.
You will be paid for your efforts and for the expenses you spend for the assiistance.
Note that transparency is very important in this process
