We are a successful indian restaurant and require a top class proffesional head chef,experienced in all aspects of indian cuisine,he will be in sole charge of the kitchen,dealing with suppliers, and ensuring high standards of food preparation are maintained using the fill spectrum of fresh indian spices our clients expect.the correct person should be possession of all food handling certificates and be conversant in kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.the correct applicant would also be conversant with food presentation and handling front of housr staff.accomodation will be considered and a contract of employment offered to the succesful candidate.
